Since joining the company in 2001, he has held several key roles—beginning in Sales, then advancing to Plant Manager, Vice President, and ultimately to his current executive position.

With a sharp operational mindset and deep industry knowledge, Weatherly has played a critical role in shaping the company’s growth and performance. Today, he oversees the day-to-day operations across three major K-Solv business lines, where his leadership continues to drive efficiency, safety, and strategic excellence.
